Cara Kulhanek

Cara Kulhanek joined PCDC in April 2008. Prior to joining PCDC, Kulhanek worked as Deputy Clerk of Courts for Oneida County in Rhinelander. She graduated from New College (Honors College of Florida) with a B.A. in Psychology and has continued her education at the Upper Iowa University with an emphasis in business economics and accounting.
