Pepi Randolph

Chief Executive Officer

Pepi Randolph serves as CEO and is responsible for providing strategic leadership for PBDC by working with its Board of Directors to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies consistent with PBDC's mission and to work with PBDC employees to ensure success. Additionally, as CEO, Pepi establishes credibility throughout the organization, the Tribe and the public in ensuring that the mission and core values of the organization are effectively pursued. He also provides leadership and management, in working with the PBDC Board to establish and update business goals and effective strategies for the implementation of those goals. Pepi is responsible for providing direction to management team to ensure that profitability and all other business goals and objectives are achieved or surpassed.

Prior to his appointment to CEO, Pepi served as PBDC's Vice President, National Sales and Marketing. In his previous career, Pepi was President of Forward Wisconsin, the state's public-private marketing and business recruitment organization. He also served as an Assistant Vice President in the investment division at M&I Bank and Assistant General Counsel for the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club. Pepi earned both his undergraduate degree in Journalism and History and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin. Pepi serves on the Board of Directors for Delta Dental, Visit Milwaukee Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Marcus Center for Performing Arts.
